Alicia Reyes (Extremadura, 1996) is a performer, composer, and multimedia artist with interests in analogue electronic music, free improvisation as a compositional tool, and collective interdisciplinary artistic projects.

She has written music for theatre, dance, and installations, and has worked with music ensembles in hybrid set-ups mixing acoustic instruments with electronics. She combines her career as an electronic musician, improviser, and composer with various ensembles such as SOA (experimental pop), KFELD KOLLEKTIV (analog techno and noise), DAS LEMON (creation group), and STUDIO NOCLIP (multidisciplinary artist collective), as well as with her personal projects.

She holds a degree in Music (Piano Performance) from the Conservatoire of Badajoz and subsequently completed a postgraduate course in New Compositional Techniques at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater in Hamburg (Germany), a program with a special focus on new narratives in contemporary music. She then completed a Master's degree in Contemporary Composition and Performance (CoPeCo), traveling for two years across different European countries.

Reyes' works have been performed at festivals such as ZKM/next_generation (Karlsruhe), Blurred Edges and WE PRESENT (Hamburg), Norwind Festival - Kampnagel (Hamburg), "The Toy Piano Takes the Stage" (Como), "Sommer in Stuttgart" Festival Neuer Musik, "neue musik in st. ruprecht" (Vienna), "Den elektroakustiska konsertserien" (Stockholm), and Hjorted Art and Music Festival (Hjorted, Sweden).

Her latest musical and multimedia theatre works focus on non-anthropocentric narratives related to ecological challenges. She currently pursues a PhD at the University of Leiden and is a researcher affiliated with the MetamusicX cluster at the Orpheus Institute in Ghent (Belgium).
